Aline Bak launches The Power of Authority: How to elevate your brand in the digital world with a step-by-step guide for those who want to grow and stand out on social media

We are connected to everything: people, companies, brands, stories, desires, products, services, and entertainment. All of this is available at your fingertips in an instant, fueling our need for information, our curiosity, and the sense of belonging to the global network that the digital universe provides us.

Within this web of connections, the need to appear, stand out, sell products or services and transform into a powerful “brand” to attract followers, gain recognition and be monetized is a constant challenge linked to images, words, perfect videos and speeches that win over and transform a profile into a reference to attract new followers and ensure many likes.

To help those who want to start a journey on this path, mentor, influencer and writer Aline Bak will launch “The Power of Authority: How to Elevate Your Digital Brand”March 25th, at 7pm, at Livraria da Vila, in JK-Iguatemi (SP).

In her first book, the author uses her own methodology, built over 20 years of experience, to guide people who want to transform themselves or create a brand on Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube and other channels where the possibilities for interaction are endless.

Brazil is one of the leading countries in internet access, and Brazilians spend an average of more than 3 hours a day online, accessing various platforms and waiting for content that engages them. Therefore, it is important to know that, in addition to being present on social media, it is essential to understand that these platforms are different and powerful tools to build authority, reach new audiences, and connect a profile or product with those who truly matter.

To show these paths, Aline provides tools that will help the reader to mark their presence with strategy, consistency and authenticity to stand out and not be forgotten among the competition.

At the beginning of the book, the author suggests that the reader evaluate their own profile, their connections, whether their followers are relevant to their objective or business, providing tips for attracting new followers, engaging them, converting them into customers and measuring this entire operation.

In the next chapter, Aline details four pillars for generating authority on social media, talking about positioning, repositioning, target audience, common mistakes and teaching how to build a “digital persona”.

The next topic addressed is the importance of the influencer's or brand's story being consistent. Therefore, the author talks about the need to have storytelling capable of transmitting information and creating deep emotional connections, making people or brands more human, relevant and memorable for their audiences.

According to Aline, it is necessary to create narratives that inspire, engage, and resonate with people's values and desires. In a world full of messages and stimuli, storytelling stands out as the universal language that touches the heart before reaching the mind, awakening curiosity and creating a bond between the storyteller and the listener.

Another highlight is the description of the main archetypes that dominate social networks, their differences and the tips that will guide the reader to define their ideal profile through exercises and reflections.

Another step is to organize the information to have an impactful Bio and a schedule of relevant posts, with suggestions for images and layout, tips for recording videos and using other content that can add value and relevance to the profile.

Aline also proposes a self-analysis so that the reader can overcome blocks, fears and beliefs that prevent them from exposing themselves and gives them tools so that they can explore their image, discover their best angles, as well as tips on lighting, posture and other essential details to build their image.

In the end, the author addresses tools to boost growth on social media, bringing up topics such as partnerships, ads, metrics, investments and success stories capable of inspiring those who want to enter this world with authority to really make a difference.

Five tips for a successful M&A transaction

In the dynamic world of business, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) can be a good strategy for company expansion and asset liquidation. For an M&A to be successful, beyond economic issues, it is necessary to consider various legal aspects that can directly impact the outcome of the transaction.

“Discussions in the market revolve a lot around synergies in the conclusion of operations, financial impacts, valuationand guarantees. They are notorious issues in M&A operations, and they are the purpose of any negotiation," says Gustavo Michel Arbach, Specialist in Business and Corporate Law. However, Gustavo emphasizes that the legal aspect also carries significant weight in these processes. Therefore, it is important to take some precautions and be legally prepared to ensure the success of the operations.

Below, Arbach highlights some tips for making an M&A safer and more efficient:

Count on experienced and trustworthy professionals

The success of an M&A directly depends on the quality of the advisory involved (mainly legal and financial). Having highly qualified and trustworthy professionals by your side, who focus exclusively on the best deal and the protection of your interests, but never lose sight of the goal of doing business, is essential to avoid risks and maximize gains.

Design scenarios and always consider the worst case scenario.

During the M&A process, it is important to conduct detailed risk analyses and proactively plan different scenarios. A lawyer should always project and anticipate the worst, as this approach allows for mitigating potential damages and avoiding unpleasant surprises along the way.

Attention to detail

The complexity of the procedures involved in M&A requires attentive and dedicated professionals. Lack of attention and perfectionism can result in weak, ambiguous, and legally questionable clauses. Even in contracts with many pages, all clauses must be complete and precise, accurately reflecting the parties' intentions in the agreement.

Attention to Post-Closing and Integration

The closing of an agreement is not the end of the process. The Post-Closing is an important phase that can directly impact the value of the transaction. Problems in company integration, contractual failures, and post-closing disputes can compromise the entire M&A effort. Always ensure that the entire process is meticulously designed.

Trade with those you trust

An M&A should not even begin if there is not the minimum trust between the involved parties. More than a well-drafted contract and adue diligencewell conducted, it is a premise that all parties involved have synergies and credibility. This is the best antidote against litigation and increases the chances that the agreed terms will be fulfilled in a transparent and beneficial manner for all.

“Following these guidelines can be the key to a successful M&A process, reducing risks and increasing the chances of a beneficial transaction for all parties,” concludes Gustavo.

Design gains importance in Brazilian purchases

Most of us have been to a bakery and "ate with our eyes" a cake or a treat displayed in the showcase. Often, the flavor was even lacking, but the appearance captivated even the most demanding customers. The premise also works with marketing.

Suffering from global competition, with products that can be purchased from anywhere in the world, product design gains an importance it previously did not have. For KAKOI Comunicação designer Rômulo Garcia, unlike before when "the book was not judged by its cover," now it is the cover itself that sells the book:

We are going through a unique moment in brand consumption. Greatplayersof the market are reviewing theirbrandingto reach this new portion of consumption. See the case of Jaguar, which sparked passion and hatred with its decision to abandon the traditional feline. It's a one-way street.

Rômulo refers to the English brand's decision to completely change itsbranding The idea is to attract a new audience that neither knows nor covets it. The decision angered traditional customers, promising to sell their cars, but gained worldwide attention.

Despite the controversy, Rômulo remembers that the brand update andbrandingare totally different things:

A logo can be updated quite frequently, without forgetting the brand's purpose and its target audience. When we talk about a restructuring ofbrandingwe are talking about everything new: brand voice, archetypes, and positioning. "It's practically a new company being born," concludes the designer.

Among the reasons most cited by brands for making the decision to change are the new consumption habits of the target audience and online exposure, in which people pay more attention to certain colors over others.

Choose Tax Reform and AI: opportunities for efficiency and growth in Brazil

The approval of the Tax Reform in Brazil, which unifies indirect taxes into an VAT (Value Added Tax) system, represents, beyond a historic simplification, a unique opportunity for companies to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their tax operations. In this scenario, AI emerges as an essential tool to optimize processes, reduce costs, and democratize access to efficient tax management.

In a country where tax complexity can exceed 1,500 annual hours of work per company in compliance, according to the World Bank, the combination of new legislation and disruptive technologies promises to revolutionize costs, agility and business strategies.

AI as a new business partner

With the rise of technology, companies are already beginning to use AI to revolutionize tax management. The benefits are broad and are divided into three main areas

  • Automation and cost reduction: Companies use AI to analyze legislative changes in seconds, reducing operational costs related to indirect taxes by up to 70%, according to research data carried out by Thomson Reuters.
  • Simulation and impact prediction: predictive platforms that use Machine Learning to calculate the impact of reform on different sectors, allowing for more assertive financial planning.
  • Recovery of tax creditsTools identify unused tax credits. AI can analyze a company's tax records and identify overlooked credits in the past, enabling the recovery of significant financial resources.

Democratizing Tax Planning

Previously restricted to large corporations, tax planning solutions are now accessible to micro and small entrepreneurs. AI cloud applications allow small merchants to monitor taxes in real time.

According to a study by PwC, AI can reduce tax defaults by up to 40%, ensuring greater regularity for small businesses and more efficient collection for the government.

The challenges of implementation

Despite the advantages, the adoption of AI in tax management faces some challenges:

  • High implementation cost: some solutions may be expensive, making government incentive initiatives necessary, such as the BNDES “Industry 4.0” program, which subsidizes technology for small businesses;
  • Lack of training: a CRC study revealed that 68% of Brazilian accountants still do not master data analysis tools, indicating the need for specialized training;
  • Data security: digitalized tax management requires investments in cybersecurity to protect sensitive information of companies and taxpayers.

Technology and innovation in favor of tax efficiency

The Tax Reform marks a new chapter in Brazil's fiscal history, and with the adoption of AI, it will bring even greater economic and social gains. Companies that invest in this technology will not only reduce costs and risks but also gain a competitive advantage.

Brazil now has the chance to overcome its reputation as a bureaucratic country and become a benchmark in smart fiscal management. The future of taxation has already begun, and AI is one of the keys to making it simpler, fairer, and more efficient for everyone.

Smart management: 5 technological tips that can transform team management in companies

Technology has played a key role in transforming workforce management, enabling companies across various sectors to optimize processes, increase productivity, and provide a better experience for employees.

For José Pedro Fernandes, Global Vice President of SISQUAL® WFM – market leader in developing workforce management solutions – digitalization is an essential factor to ensure operational efficiency and maintain competitiveness. The adoption of technological tools enables more strategic management, reducing waste and optimizing the allocation of resources”, he says.

Next, check out five technological tips from the executive to improve team management and boost results.

Automation of work shifts and working hours

Managing work schedules can be a major challenge, especially in companies that operate with different shifts and seasonal demands. Management software automates this process, ensuring that shift distribution is done in a balanced manner, considering labor legislation and operational needs. This reduces errors, prevents workload overloads, and improves employee satisfaction.

Use of Artificial Intelligence for demand forecasting

Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools can predict the need for labor based on historical data and behavioral patterns.Predictability in team allocation is essential to avoid a lack or excess of professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and better customer service.", highlights Fernandes." Sectors such as retail and healthcare are already using this technology to optimize their operations.

Integration of mobile solutions for time control and communication

Mobile apps facilitate clock-in, leave requests, and access to work schedules from anywhere. Furthermore, integrated communication platforms improve information exchange between managers and teams, making the workflow more agile and efficient.

Adoption of Open Shifts

The term 'open shifts' is related to a new way of organizing shifts for employees and increases productivity to keep the team motivated. On a digital platform, the employer provides available times to a selected group of pre-registered professionals who, in turn, have the freedom to choose the most convenient options. In addition to being more democratic, this escape management process makes schedules more flexible and suitable for this new market reality, while also meeting the company's needs in a scalable way.

Advanced Workforce Management Solutions

The adoption of specialized platforms for workforce management has been a differentiator for large companies. In Brazil, companies like Amil, Dasa, Fleury, and Petz, for example, already use technology to optimize the management of their teams.

According to Fernandes, investing in technology for workforce management is a path with numerous benefits for companies.Adopting innovative solutions not only increases productivity, but also ensures a more organized and collaborative work environment.”, he concludes.

With digitalization, workforce management becomes more agile and effective, bringing benefits to companies and employees. The smart use of technology guarantees a competitive advantage in the market.

Growth of the technology market in Brazil drives companies to train professionals

The job market for technology-related professions in Brazil has shown significant growth, with an increase of up to 740% in the last ten years, according to data from the Federation of Commerce of Goods, Services, and Tourism of the State of São Paulo (FecomercioSP). In 2023, the country invested approximately US$ 50 billion in information technology, according to a survey by the Brazilian Software Companies Association (ABES).

Despite this rapid growth and significant investments, the shortage of qualified professionals remains a major challenge. According to the Manager of the Senior Sistemas Corporate University, Aline Ras, several factors explain this difficulty. "The time required for professionals to gain experience in the field is a relevant aspect, as the generation raised with technology is still entering the job market, which reduces the availability of more experienced talent. Additionally, the rapid advancement of technology makes it difficult for newcomers to the IT sector to adapt to the requirements of the positions."

A survey of theGoogle for Startupsreinforces this scenario: 54% of potential talents consider junior positions in the sector to be very demanding, while 55% point to the lack of adequate conditions for studying technology in Brazil as an obstacle to professional training.

To address the shortage of qualified professionals, some companies have adopted strategies that go beyond traditional career plans, investing in the training not only of their employees but also of the surrounding ecosystem. Senior Sistemas – one of the largest software companies in Brazil – is an example of this approach, promoting initiatives that prepare technology professionals for market demands. The company invests in the Corporate University, the GoDev program, and supports Junior Achievement, with the goal of providing opportunities to technology enthusiasts who are entering the field, whether in search of their first job or transitioning careers. These actions, aligned with the growing demand in the technology sector, help reduce the skills gap and expand access to qualified professionals.

Corporate University

With the goal of training professionals, the Corporate University (UCS) enhances people's growth through knowledge. In 2024 alone, UCS registered 71,643 enrollments, with the participation of 14,043 professionals and over 200,000 hours of training.

The programs are offered in different formats, including video lessons, in-person training sessions, and live broadcasts, with content presentations, support handouts, knowledge tests, reaction assessments, and certification. "Our catalog is divided into content about Senior Sistemas' solutions, aimed at our entire audience; organizational guidance content for group employees and distribution channels; materials focused on training by area of expertise (Develop, Design, Sell, Deliver, Support, and Corporate); as well as content for leadership development. All are aligned with the improvements of the strategic competencies established by the organization," explains the Training and Development specialist at Senior Sistemas, Jonas Galdino.

Companies can hire the courses offered by the Corporate University to train their employees, helping them use the systems more efficiently, maximizing their capabilities, and reducing the time spent on routine tasks. "With a deeper understanding of the systems, employees can perform their activities more quickly and efficiently, resulting in an overall increase in productivity. Additionally, by mastering the systems better, they are less likely to make errors in data entry or process execution, reducing the need for rework and corrections. Managers, on the other hand, can make more informed and strategic decisions for the business," highlights Galdino. The specialist also emphasizes that offering training courses demonstrates the company's commitment to the professional development of its employees, which can increase job satisfaction and talent retention. This initiative ensures that everyone has the same level of knowledge about the systems, promoting greater team integration and standardization of processes throughout the organization.

GoDev

Launched in 2021, GoDev is a developer training and career program in technology, lasting 10 months. However, participants can be hired before completion, with an average hiring period of only three months. The program reinforces Senior Sistemas' commitment to talent development by providing comprehensive support to early-career professionals. Structured in an incubator format, it allows participants to be trained by a team of specialists under the coordination of the Corporate University. The training is paid and includes a benefits package, such as meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, and other advantages granted to the employees of Senior's headquarters.

From 2021 to 2024, 215 professionals went through the program, of whom 154 remain at Senior Sistemas. Participants develop practical skills in creation ofsoftware through training conducted by guides and with support from the technical team. They also have access to a study platform that complements the training with theoretical content and practical exercises. Additionally, they work individually and in teams, enhancing both their technical and behavioral skills. This activity stimulates active learning, collaboration, and problem-solving," explains Silvia Gesser, Development Coordinator responsible for GoDev.

The initiative opens doors for talents seeking their first steps in a technology career, such as João Ricardo Puel, who joined the program and, after four months, was hired as a Software Developer at the company. I had the opportunity to participate in GoDev and, during the training, I deepened my knowledge in Java and Angular. Additionally, I learned to adopt best development practices and ensure code quality through unit testing and fundamental concepts. This experience was crucial in consolidating my career as a developer and preparing me for the challenges of the job market. Another success story is that of Nicole Bauchspiess, who now works as a Developer on the Senior Platform team. I decided to enroll in the program because I have always dreamed of pursuing a career in development. At the time, I was transitioning from support and saw the program as an opportunity for professional growth. The initiative was essential for my technical improvement, allowing me to apply good programming practices and gain experience with tools like Jira and GitLab.

The company also sponsors basic training programs in the region, such as Entra21, +Devs2Blu and Jovem Programador, expanding young talents' access to concrete opportunities in the technology sector.

Junior Achievement

Since 2010, Senior Sistemas has also been one of the supporting companies of Junior Achievement (JA), the largest and oldest global organization dedicated to practical education in economics and business, present in more than 100 countries. Founded in 1919, its goal is to inspire and prepare new generations for the future through programs that develop essential skills such as entrepreneurship, financial education, and preparation for the workforce. In Santa Catarina, JA has the collaboration of over 19,000 volunteers and the partnership of hundreds of educational institutions in more than 200 cities. The developed program is "Connected with Tomorrow," which provides students with a moment of reflection about their future, offering career perspectives and information on the behavioral skills valued in the job market. In this context, our team of volunteers shares experiences about the technology field and discusses topics such as the job market, leadership, feedback, career management, resume, job interview, and entrepreneurship," comments Senior's Social Responsibility analyst, Marilda Chiarelli.

Since the beginning of the partnership, 602 senior volunteers have participated in the programs, impacting 8,179 students in 66 editions held at 31 schools in Blumenau. For 2025, Senior is planning the implementation of a new initiative, theInnovation Camp, which will provide high school students with a hands-on experience in solving complex problems. The program aims to enhance essential socio-emotional skills for the future professional, such as teamwork, critical thinking, communication, experimentation, and empathy, using an innovative methodology.

Connection with Educational Institutions

During the year of 2024, Senior conducted 15 technical visits at its headquarters, located in Blumenau, totaling 728 participants. These visits provide students with direct contact with the reality of the technology market, allowing them to get a close look at the structured Senior, its processes, and the opportunities available in the field.

For the executive manager of the Vale do Itajaí Regional FIESC – SESI/SC, SENAI/SC, and IEL/SC, Silvia De Pieri Oliveira, partnerships with companies like Senior are essential for students to understand the local job market, spark interest in working in the region, and be able to structure their life projects with a focus on the sector's opportunities. "We conduct technical visits with all classes of technical, undergraduate, and some classes of initial and continuing education courses. Many participants are young people who are not yet familiar with the job market, while others are in career transition and unfamiliar with technology companies. For both profiles, this experience is essential for them to recognize themselves as future professionals in the field," says Silvia.

With initiatives that go beyond technical training, Senior Sistemas reaffirms its commitment to training, inclusion and talent development, strengthening its connection with society and contributing to the sustainable growth of the technology sector.

More than half of Brazilians are single, survey reveals

Self-love is in the air. More and more Brazilians are choosing to be single. This is what a new study by Hibou, a specialized institute in monitoring and consumer insights, reveals, conducted with 1502 people in February 2025. In 2022, 60% of Brazilians were in a relationship and 40% were single. But now the scenario has changed: 52% of Brazilians are alone and 48% are accompanied.

Single by choice: freedom and self-knowledge on the rise

The growth of being single doesn't mean people have given up on love, but rather that they are more selective. Among singles (52%),34% say they would rather be alone than be in a relationship with someone who doesn't meet their expectations.. Furthermore,27% say they are in a relationship with themselves, investing more time in one's own well-being and self-knowledge.

Even so, not every single person is closed off to love. 18% say they are searching, but so far they haven't found anyone.11% of respondents are actively searching for someone online, while37% have tried dating apps at least once in their lives. However, insecurity with the digital environment still weighs:75% of dating app users are afraid of being scammed when interacting online.

Casamento: uma instituição falida?

If a few decades ago marriage was considered a life goal, today it no longer holds the same importance for a large part of the population.10% of singles believe marriage is a failed institution, demonstrating that, despite the desire for connection, the traditional format of relationships is being reconsidered.60% see marriage as just the union between two people, without the need for formalities to be considered marriage.

Those in a relationship also do not give it the same importance, even though they are in a relationship. 64% of Brazilians in a relationship (48%) see the same thing, that there is no need for formalities.

Relationships have changed. People no longer just want to be with someone out of social convention, but because they truly desire a balanced and satisfying partnership. Today, there is more courage to leave relationships that are not good and more awareness of what is expected from a partner.“, analyzes Lígia Mello, CSO of Hibou.

Wait, not everyone is single

Single people are in the majority lately, that's a fact. However, almost half of Brazilians are still in a relationship. And do they miss the experiences of being single?34% of those in a relationship said that even when everything is going well in the relationship, they miss being in silence for a while.23% already feel nostalgic for their home in their own way.12% feel like going out alone to eat or drink somethingAnd the majority (38%) were categorical: they don't miss anything.

The moment of DR

Every couple goes through many challenges in cohabitation. And how to handle each discussion? Among Brazilians in relationships, 48% seek healthy dialogue, while 28% prefer to stay quiet. Another 26% breathe deeply and argue incisively. 12% don't want to fight, they just walk away and leave the other person talking to themselves. And a fervent minority (8%) claims that it causes a fuss!

What builds versus destroys the relationship

For the majority of those in a relationship, (68%) respect is the main pillar for a lasting relationship, followed by complicity (51%) and love/passion (45%).

If some factors are essential for building a relationship, others are fatal to its ruin.92% of people who are in a relationship said that disrespect destroys a relationship, followed by distrust (60%), humiliation (54%) and emotional coldness (28%).

Betrayal remains a game changer

52% of those in a relationship and 48% of those who are single pointed out infidelity as one of the main reasons for a breakup.

Are open relationships still taboo?

With changes in behavior and greater acceptance of diversity in relationships, many believe that open relationships are gaining ground. But the research shows that, in practice, this is not yet a reality for most.56% of couples and 58% of singles completely reject the idea of an open relationship, while14% of couples and 15% of singles say they would accept this dynamic, as long as there was consensus.

When it comes to sex before marriage, the taboo has been reduced every year:66% of those in a relationship and 68% of those who are single believe that it is normal and that it should not be a decisive factor in a relationship.

“Relationships are more fluid and less tied to labels, but that doesn’t mean that love has lost its value. What has changed is the way people choose to love. The desire for connection still exists, but now it is accompanied by greater awareness, greater expectations and, most importantly, more freedom to decide what really makes sense for each person,” concludes Lígia Mello.

Limousine delivers aiqfome purchases and encourages habit change in the interior

O Aiqfome, the largest delivery app in the interior and the second largest in the country, continues to firmly implement digital technology in the interior cities where it operates – and the latest initiative aimed at the app's partner establishment visitors highlighted the importance of this paradigm shift: the consumers of stores in the quiet region of Guarapuava, in the interior of Paraná, who shopped at Superpão Saldanha supermarket, Di Família Pharmacy, and MZM Pet Shop Ração Wholesale, had their orders delivered by a limousine that circulated through the streets giving rides to customers who agreed to participate in the initiative. The activity took place completely free of charge. The action was created by the aiqfome marketing team with the aim of showing people that you can shop in a different and extremely comfortable way: through delivery.

The idea was to create an interactive experience with the clients so that, over time, these actions would lead to a change in behavior. For Diane, a pharmacist at one of the partner establishments involved in the initiative, the Di Família pharmacy, the aiqfome app has been contributing to the growth of local businesses.

“The action with the limousine is very interesting because it brings visibility to the pharmacy and to aiqfome. It is an innovative initiative, different from anything I have ever seen. It is cool because it provides the treatment that the customer deserves, VIP service. We have had a partnership with the app for two years and it has contributed a lot to us reaching people that perhaps we would not have at the pharmacy counter, but through aiqfome and the ease of making purchases, we have been able to reach this audience. I believe that over time, the tendency is only to increase the number of customers searching for the app”, said the partner.

Besides lack of time or even willingness, delivery can also solve the problem of hard-to-transport purchases. The goal of this action was, in addition to encouraging a change in habits within the interior of Brazil, to show users that they can request much more than just food on the aiqfome app, and in a "different" way – that's why we approached partner establishments from various segments, users with different profiles, and different needs – says Gabriela Terra, Marketing Manager of the app.

Aiqfome is Brazil's first delivery app, with over 6 million users, operating in more than 700 cities, and is the second largest in the country. Born in 2007, in Maringá/PR, has been part of the Magalu Group since 2020, working in the food delivery vertical. In the app, you can order food, water, gas, drinks, bakery items, pharmacy products, pet shop items, and much more. The brand has consolidated its presence in new regions, promoting robust growth and expanding its network of partners.

In the capitals, delivery of everything — markets, pharmacies, pet shops, beverages, among others — is more common than in the countryside, because in the big cities everything is more distant and people are forced to have more convenience to manage their daily shopping. Therefore, we want to normalize this experience also in the interior, as this region is our specialty – in addition to delivery being a business opportunity, it is also a way to increase accessibility to products in these regions, a convenience that is more than necessary. For a long time, the delivery sector focused only on the capitals, leaving the interior underserved, but small towns have great potential to boost the segment. The desire to democratize technology has always driven us, and for that reason, we will always be willing to encourage through campaigns and actions a change in behavior in these regions, proving that asking for everything through delivery is as simple as ordering food – an initiative that, in fact, has already become a well-established behavior in the countryside," says Igor Remigio, Co-founder and CEO of aiqfome.
