This innovation developed by Mecalux's team of specialized engineers aims to facilitate decision-making and the execution of actions to streamline warehouse processes. Thus, users can ask questions about any aspect related to the warehouse so that Easy WMS can provide them with accurate answers in various formats such as figures, lists, tables, or charts.
Mecalux's generative AI can generate downloadable reports with the necessary data to manage inventory, create visual summaries of the status of outgoing orders, real-time occupancy levels, or inform about the current stock of a specific product. Users can also perform specific actions while conversing with the AI. For example, they may ask you to release all orders that qualify as express shipping or to unblock a specific lane, and these requests will be automatically completed when the action is confirmed through the conversation.
