The determination addresses a worsening of the instrument by the Lottery of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Loterj), who had requested the blocking or suspension of the sites "that illegally exploit fixed-odds betting"
In total, Loterj listed 115 companies that currently operate in the state of Rio de Janeiro and do not have the state license to operate betting
