She says she learned about the initiative through her husband, who worked as a delivery person for Zé Delivery. I became interested in the project and the proposal that, with psychological support and the benefits, were essential for my education. Due to my daughter's school adaptation, I was afraid of being able to contribute and continue in the project, but all the support and care they had for us made the concern for the participants clear. One of the pillars of Bora Zé is connection, therefore, delivery people and families with a complete high school education will also be able to count on a monthly knowledge pathway to connect them with job openings within the Ambev ecosystem, in the sales areas, retail, commercial and logistics. For delivery workers who do not have a complete high school education, the project offers free supplementary scholarships where immediately after completion, the person is automatically connected to the knowledge trail for the job market.
