Dinamize, a multichannel marketing automation platform, is once again present at VTEX DAY, the largest e-commerce event in Latin America. During the days 2 and 3 of June 2025, at Sao Paulo Expo, the company will officially launch three new features that further expand the potential of customization, segmentation and performance for digital businesses: Benefits Roulette, Purchase History and the already announced RFM Matrix.
Benefits Roulette is an interactive pop-up that can be integrated into the online store or any website, offering discount coupons or other incentives in exchange for contact data. The idea is to keep the audience engaged in channels such as email, WhatsApp or SMS, turning visitors into qualified leads and, especially, customers.
The Purchase History simplifies the access and use of consumption data within the Dinamize platform. With the feature, e-commerce will be able to create advanced segmentations based on information such as brand, product, size, coupon use, freight value and date of purchase. All intuitively and without the need for technical knowledge about the structure of e-commerce or how data is captured. It is a practical solution that further approximates marketing strategies to real consumer behavior.
Finally, the RFM Matrix (Revenue, Frequency and Monetary Value IO, now natively integrated into the platform, makes it possible to classify customers according to the engagement and value they generate for the brand. With this, it is possible to create personalized campaigns for specific audiences such as VIP customers, inactive consumers or leads that are about to convert.
