Close to Black Friday, Linx launches solution to digitize physical stores of small and medium retailers

With approximately 9 million SMEs, which represent 27% of Brazil's GDP, these companies play a central role in the country's economy. Despite advancements in digitalization, with 66% of companies in the initial stage of digital transformation and only 3% leading in technology adoption, many still face challenges in structuring their own online sales channels and integrating their physical and digital operations in a simple and accessible way. In this scenario, Black Friday presents itself as a strategic opportunity to increase revenue and strengthen digital presence, making the use of solutions that efficiently connect physical stores, online channels, and inventory management essential.

It is in this context that Linx, a company specializing in retail technology, launches the Smart Sales solution, which enables the transformation of each store or salesperson into a complete online sales channel, with a digital storefront, integrated payment, and automatic updating in the Linx ERP. With Smart Sales, retailers can create their own online store in just a few clicks, without the need for a domain, hosting, or a technical team. The tool offers a personalized catalog, secure checkout, and automatic synchronization of products, inventory, and orders with the Linx Microvix and Linx Seta Digital systems.

“Smart Sales was developed to simplify access to digital. The retailer does not need a major e-commerce project — they transform their catalog into an online storefront and start selling immediately, with centralized management and full integration with the ERP,” explains Rafael Reolon, Retail Director at Linx. The solution also features a seller panel, which allows managing orders, products, categories, deliveries, and payments on a single screen, ensuring autonomy and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the system offers various payment options (Pix, credit card, and boleto) and integrations with major gateways and logistics companies, expanding sales flexibility and reach.

According to the executive, Smart Sales enters the market focused on small and medium-sized businesses, with up to 30 stores in the fashion, footwear, cosmetics, accessories, and optics segments, which already have a high volume of customer service via social media but face difficulties in structuring their own digital channel. “With just a few clicks, the retailer transforms their catalog into an online sales storefront, without needing to invest in a full website or a technical team, accelerating their entry into the digital realm in an accessible and scalable way,” reinforces the Retail Director of Linx.

Initially available to Linx clients, the product is part of the company's strategy to strengthen the integrated retail ecosystem, focusing on operational efficiency, scalability, and increased profitability for retailers.
