To enable a focus on development aligned with ESG practices, Environmental, Sustainability and Governance,the company migrated the system to the new family of processorsGravity. With the change, Matera estimates a reduction of approximately20% on cloud infrastructure, in addition to reducing carbon emissions throughout the entire process.
This happens because processors haveenergy efficiency, that is, are more efficient in terms of energy consumption. Besides this aspect, it is a more competitive technology, with better performance and reduction of operational costs. Another important point is the gains in processing, that show an increase of up to30% in speed.
