Research reveals that only 25% of Brazilian companies have ESG practices certifications

According to a Bloomberg survey, the ESG sector is expected to move $53 trillion by 2025. Internally, Bermo implements initiatives such as recycling materials, using renewable energy and practices to reduce carbon emissions, seeking operational efficiency and reducing environmental impacts.

Abreu highlights that in the social sphere, the company promotes fair working conditions and invests in the development of its employees. "Additionally, we participate in community-oriented initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to social responsibility. Regarding the economy, last year, through ESG practices, we saved over 100,000 gigajoules of energy; emitted more than 7,000 tons less of CO₂; conserved over 97,000 m² of water and R$8 million," he reveals.

ESG practices are also extended to Bermo's clients. The company offers specialized consulting to guide other organizations in adopting sustainable practices, helping them adapt to the growing market demands. "We constantly seek to maintain ongoing dialogue with your stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and communities, which allows integrating their expectations into ESG strategies, strengthening partnerships," says Abreu.
