Neurotech, a B3-listed company specializing in the development of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data systems and solutions for the credit, insurance, retail, and healthcare sectors, has just announced the appointment of two new directors related to the Products sector. The new structure of the department now includes Arthur Padilha as Director of Products, while Fabiano Yasuda takes on the role of Director of Partnerships and Pre-sales.
According to the company, since the beginning of July the Products sector has been undergoing a necessary restructuring to provide greater autonomy and expansion of market operations, in addition to the co-creation of personalized solutions for customers.
Rodrigo Cunha, Vice President of Products at Neurotech and responsible for creating this new organizational level, highlights the fundamental role of the two employees in the company's recent challenges. "Both are professionals with extensive experience in the market, and since they joined our team, I have closely followed their efforts to surpass results that have elevated Neurotech's level in terms of revenue and innovation in recent years. In addition to demonstrating technical competence overall, they stood out for their leadership skills and alignment with the company's culture," he states.
Arthur Padilha holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco, where he also completed a master's in Augmented Reality. With over a decade of experience, he was CEO and co-founder of startups such as Aplicativos de Bolso, an EdTech acquired in 2021, and a professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at BAEX Executive Education. He has extensive experience in innovation and technology, serving as a mentor for over 100 technology startups in programs such as MIT HackBrazil, Inovativa, and others. At Neurotech since 2021, as Product Superintendent, he led the development of new Platform and Analytics products for the entire credit journey (approval, collections, anti-fraud, etc.) and led complex projects such as Desenrola Brasil in partnership with B3 in 2023.
Fabiano Yasuda has been part of the Neurotech Products team since 2023, after a successful career at B3, where he was responsible for the strategy of partnerships, business, and alliances across all verticals of Neurotech/B3. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo and a master's in Economics and Finance from Insper. In the market for 17 years, he was also responsible for several data and analytics initiatives at Itaú-Unibanco, leading one of the leadership teams in the institution's modeling and quantitative methods department. He is a data strategy professor in the postgraduate program at IBMEC-SP.
