The Transpes do Futuro Project aims to implement a series of strategies to modernize processes and further engage employees, creating a sense of purpose and the desire to be part of a legacy. As one of the steps of this project, partners Sandro, Alfonso, and Tarsia Gonzalez bring in executive Roberto Senna to strengthen the team, presiding over the Board of Directors of Transpes.
Roberto brings with him 43 years of experience in heavy construction, telecommunications, affordable housing, infrastructure, ports, prefabricated construction, and shopping centers. Since 2012, he has been exclusively working as an Advisor, having been CEO of 3 companies and currently Chairman of the Board of 3 others, including Jope ISB, the consolidator of the Inova-BH and Saúde-BH SPEs, social infrastructure PPPs. Roberto is a Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Bahia with an MBA from FGV and specializations from Wharton School and University of California. He is a Certified Advisor by BRA Certificadora and IBGC and a Member of IBGC, the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance.
Senna will also be invited to participate in Transpes's Strategic Planning process, led by Tarsia Gonzalez, and managed by the company ADIGO, with over 35 years in the market and a list of success stories. The process has already entered the feedback phase so that it is possible to start the necessary changes towards another decade of great results.
Chosen for three consecutive years as one of the best companies to work for in the country, Transpes S/A, one of the largest Brazilian logistics companies, has working with people and its legacy as one of the strongest characteristics of its DNA.
Today, the company's operations move more than 5,000 people daily, spread across 22 branches. To enhance the company's strengths, Tarsia launched live sessions with the theme "Life on the Roads," focusing on truck drivers, escort drivers, and lifting professionals. These are the people who are on the day-to-day operations, away from the office and strategies; they are the end of the chain, operating ultra-sophisticated equipment, working for large industries, thermoelectric plants, wind farms, loading turbines, cranes, says the manager, who emphasizes: "we are working so that they can also leave their legacy."
