According to Roberta Saragiotto, Director of People & Strategy at Start Carreiras, a platform that democratizes university students' access to the job market, rotation programs bring benefits to both employees and companies: "Job Rotation fosters a collaborative culture where people support each other more by better understanding the impact one team has on another," highlights Saragiotto.
