The wait is over! The partnership between Uber and Livelo, which promises to change the way benefits are accumulated, is already in effect. Starting today, trips and deliveries with Uber can be converted into Livelo points, allowing your journey to become an opportunity to earn rewards such as products, trips, services, and even cashback. The new feature is being gradually rolled out to all Uber users in Brazil, and Uber One members, Uber's subscription program, still have additional benefits. The point accumulation works as follows:
- For Uber One members: 1 point Liveloto eachR$ 2 spenton any Uber trip;
- For other users: 1 point Liveloto eachR$ 3 spentonly in the Uber Black, Comfort, and Reserve modes.
The partnership will also include promotional actions and differentiated parity on specific dates. Information about eligible categories can be found atregulation.
For now, all payment methods are valid for point accumulation, including Uber Cash. In shared payment trips, each user with a Livelo account linked to Uber will earn points proportional to the amount they paid, provided the account was linked before the trip was completed.
The points will be credited to the Livelo account within up to 7 calendar days after the actual payment and trip completion. The partnership is only valid for trips with origin and destination in Brazil.

How to link accounts and start earning points
The integration is simple and quick. To connect your Livelo account to your Uber profile, follow these steps:
- Open the Uber app and access the menu"Account"in the bottom right corner.
- Select the option"Settings".
- In the section"Rewards", select"Livelo"and then "Link and start collecting points".
- Log in to your Livelo account or create a new account if you don't have one.
- Follow the validation instructions (via SMS) to authorize the link.
Ready! Your account will be linked, and you will automatically earn points on all eligible trips. Important: the Uber account can only be linked to one Livelo account and vice versa; if the user wishes to link a new account, the previous one must be unlinked.
