Swaminathan joins Freshworks after a successful career at renowned technology companies. His last position was as Vice President of Engineering at ServiceNow, where he supervised the portfolio of IT Service Management and Strategic Portfolio Management products. Previously, held leadership positions at Recommind (now OpenText) and CA Technologies (now part of Broadcom Inc.)
