FedEx Announces Camila Lima as Vice President of Operations in Brazil

A Federal Express Corporation, transport company, announced Camila Lima as its new Vice President of Operations in Brazil. She becomes responsible for leading the planning and strategic definitions of the company, as well as manage all Brazilian operations, including logistics services and national and international road and air transport. 

Camila has over 20 years of experience in the transportation sector, where I started as an intern. In 2012, joined FedEx when the company acquired Rapidão Cometa. Since then, served as senior operations manager of the domestic service until being promoted to director of TMO (Transactional Management Office) for integration with TNT. Before taking on the vice presidency of Operations, Camila held the position of Director of Planning & Engineering, responsible for the Properties departments, Fleet and Engineering.  

The executive has, also, strong involvement in diversity issues, equity, inclusion and opportunity (DEI&O), being the president of the DEI&O committee at FedEx in Brazil and leader of the gender affinity group.

Camila has a degree in Business Administration from the State University of Pernambuco and an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas with an update from the International Business Program at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
