The desire to undertake has always been present in Thiago Pirinelli, who started his professional life at the age of 11, delivering flyers on the streets of São Bernardo do Campo, in the interior of São Paulo. At 18, he left his teaching job and started his first company. "I started in the digital communication and branding industry with the company V-Control. My experiences strengthened and guided my steps in opening my own business," says Pirinelli.

The meeting with partner Percival Oliveira, a professional with over 25 years of experience in sales and management, provided the insight to generate a new business model. At the beginning of 2012, they decided to turn ideas into reality and, between sketches (literally) and software research, the first draft of the CRM's home screen was created.
