Brazil's e-commerce: 70% of LATAM Cargo deliveries in the first half were made within 48h

LATAM Cargo, the cargo division of the LATAM Group, concluded the first half of 2025 with a significant logistical advancement in Brazil: 70% of its e-commerce shipments originating from Congonhas and Guarulhos airports (SP) were delivered to customers' homes within 48 hours. This figure represents more than double the number recorded in the same period of 2024.

This advancement is the result of the company's strategic investments in infrastructure and technology. A key initiative was the 50% expansion of operational capacity at the hub (connection center) in Guarulhos, which now features over 2,900 m² dedicated specifically to the e-commerce segment. Concurrently, LATAM Cargo launched a new product portfolio in the domestic market, including the éFácil service, designed for small packages with fast, home delivery in thousands of Brazilian cities.

In 2025, the company also established a partnership with Amazon for product delivery in 11 states across the North, Northeast, and Central-West regions.

"E-commerce demands increasing agility and efficiency. The combined use of our air network, which integrates cargo and passenger aircraft, coupled with structural investments, allows us to shorten distances and deliver a logistics experience of excellence for businesses and consumers.", states Otávio Meneguette, Director of LATAM Cargo Brasil.

BRAZILIAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ALSO INCREASES

The operational improvement has been directly perceived by LATAM Cargo's customers in the domestic Brazilian market. In the first half of 2025, the company recorded a 25 percentage point increase in its NPS score (Net Promoter Score), driven by advancements in customer service, communication, tracking, and on-time delivery performance.

GREATER CAPACITY TO CONNECT SÃO PAULO TO ALL OF BRAZIL

LATAM Cargo is currently the company with the highest available capacity (in tons) for connecting São Paulo to all regions of Brazil. Between January and June 2025 alone, it offered the possibility to ship up to 67.3 thousand tons of cargo in the holds of LATAM passenger aircraft departing from Congonhas and Guarulhos airports – an 8% growth compared to the capacity offered in the same period of 2024.

Currently, the company serves 46 Brazilian airports and 4 cargo terminals in locations without regular flights, with home deliveries in over 1,800 municipalities.

The company also leads in capacity offered to strategic destinations in the North and Northeast regions, such as Teresina (PI), João Pessoa (PB), Macapá (AP), and Rio Branco (AC) – with the latter two served exclusively from the São Paulo capital.

NEW PORTFOLIO BOOSTS E-COMMERCE

The new service portfolio launched in 2024 has boosted LATAM Cargo's performance in the Brazilian e-commerce segment. The éFácil service, focused on small packages with fast delivery, recorded a 79% growth in issuance volume and a 6 percentage point improvement in the FAB indicator (Flown as Booked) in the first half of 2025, compared to the same period the previous year.

CONSOLIDATED LEADERSHIP IN BRAZIL AND ABROAD

LATAM Cargo has maintained its leadership in domestic air cargo transported on passenger flights in Brazil since April 2025. According to June 2025 statistics published by the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac)the company achieved a 37.3%* market share.

Its national logistics network covers 51 operational bases, in addition to routes with cargo aircraft such as Guarulhos-Manaus, Viracopos-Manaus, and Guarulhos-Fortaleza-Manaus – the latter inaugurated in May 2025.

In the international market, LATAM Cargo also leads the air cargo transport to and from Brazil, operating in 23 international destinations through cargo flights and the lower compartments of passenger aircraft. Recent additions include the Miami–São José dos Campos, Miami–Brasília, Amsterdam–Curitiba, and Europe–Florianópolis routes.
