The new feature speeds up the registration process, strengthens fraud prevention, and improves the conversion of new users on the platform.
The partnership brought significant advances to the inbound flow. With the document reuse feature, over 90% of validations are now completed in less than 30 seconds, eliminating the need to send or photograph documents in most cases.
The integration with Serasa Experian's database also contributed to a smoother and more accurate process, resulting in a 5% increase in the registration approval rate. In addition to speed, the system offers a robust security infrastructure, with facial biometrics, liveness proof, automated document verification, and restricted list checks, complying with the regulatory requirements of the Prize and Betting Secretariat (SPA), both at registration and withdrawal.
