Additionally, communication and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams include features such as real-time meeting transcription, which can be extremely useful for those with hearing impairments or attention deficits. This function allows users to follow the content of meetings more accessibly, ensuring that all members can contribute effectively.  

Undoubtedly, AI's ability to personalize experiences and adapt to individual needs contributes to creating an inclusive and understanding work environment. Furthermore, Artificial Intelligence can play an important role in training neurotypical employees to better understand and support their neurodivergent colleagues. There are already AI-based training and awareness programs that can help build a culture of respect and collaboration, where each person feels valued.  

The adoption of tools supported by technology can have a positive impact on team morale and cohesion. When all team members feel valued and understood, job satisfaction increases and, consequently, overall productivity improves. Furthermore, companies that stand out for their commitment to diversity and inclusion tend to attract a broader pool of talent, further strengthening their capabilities and competitive advantages.
