Kamay Code 2026, an innovation event organized by Kamay Ventures, announces its second edition in Brazil and confirms Rio de Janeiro as the venue for the meeting. The event takes place on the day March 18, at the Museum of Tomorrow, and arrives with the expectation of connecting startups and companies, strengthening strategic connections between entrepreneurs, large corporations, investors and leaders of the innovation ecosystem in Latin America.
After a successful first edition held at Cubo Itaú, in São Paulo, in 2023, Kamay Code returns to the country with a proposal even more connected to local and regional demands. Created to be a bridge between entrepreneurial talent and major corporate challenges, the event covers cities such as Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Bogotá, consolidating itself as a meeting space between those who develop technology and those seeking applied innovation, with a real impact on business and society.
"Brazil plays a central role in Kamay's strategy and in the future of innovation in Latin America. Bringing the Kamay Code to Rio de Janeiro, in a symbolic space like the Museum of Tomorrow, reinforces our vision of the future and our commitment to generating concrete impact through collaboration between startups and large companies", says Gabriela Ruggeri, Managing Partner of Overboost and Kamay Ventures. “Our expectation is to attract bold solutions, with the capacity to scale and that are ready to co-create with leading corporations in their sectors”, he adds.
Startups have space to present solutions and accelerate strategic partnerships
In addition to the content program, Kamay Code 2026 officially opens registrations for startups interested in presenting their solutions on the event's main stage and connecting directly with large market-leading companies. Applications can be made up to February 15, through the Kamay Code website, and are aimed at startups that seek to validate technologies, accelerate commercial partnerships and generate business in collaboration with corporations with regional and global reach.
Not all registered startups will present on the main stage, the registered names will go through a selection and curation process. The selected startups will have access to world-class mentors and executives from large companies that support Kamay Ventures, creating an environment conducive to strategic exchanges and the development of real opportunities. The finalists advance to an even more practical stage: the day after the event, March 19, they will participate in a structured process of developing Proofs of Concept (PoC), co-created together with the fund's corporate partners.
“More than visibility, Kamay Code offers startups the chance to talk directly to large companies, understand their real pain points and build solutions with scaling potential”, says Gabriela Ruggeri. “For many of them, this is the gateway to testing their technologies in complex environments, generating business and accelerating their growth with regional impact”, he adds.
Programming that connects content, business and impact
The Kamay Code 2026 agenda was designed to show how technological innovation is driving structural changes and new opportunities in Latin America. Throughout the day, the public follows panels that discuss topics such as agtech and foodtech in the climate era, showing how science, biotechnology and nature-based solutions can regenerate soil, reduce inputs and create healthier and more sustainable foods. Another highlight is the debate on B2B fintechs in Latin America, focusing on credit, payments, embedded finance and digital infrastructure as growth engines for micro, small and medium-sized companies.
The program also advances the circular economy, proposing a new business logic that goes beyond recycling and redesigns systems, materials and value chains to generate competitiveness and measurable environmental impact. The smart logistics and real-time supply chain track explores how technologies such as AI, IoT and automation are redefining efficiency, traceability and emissions reduction in complex operations. The international perspective is also present, with discussions about the challenges and lessons learned from the expansion of startups across Latin America, bringing direct reports from founders and investors who have already gone through this process.
Complementing the panels, immersive workshops delve into topics related to new generations, media, entertainment and gaming, analyzing how brands and companies can build authentic connections in a scenario in which attention has become a strategic asset. "Kamay Code is not just a content event. It is a space where conversations turn into projects, and ideas gain traction with strategic partners. We want startups to leave here with real business opportunities and applied learning", concludes Gabriela Ruggeri.
