They started with software for clothing stores in a rural city and now serve more than 70 countries

Almost 50 years ago, more precisely at the end of the 1970s, the clothing industry began to develop in Cianorte, northern Paraná. The movement intensified to the point that the municipality and 13 others in that region were characterized, in the early 2000s, in a cluster – or a local productive arrangement (APL) – specialized in fashion.

In addition to clothing, other logistics and support activities were also developed, forming the cluster or APL. Among them, the information technology sector. It is in this context that the current Irrah Tech was born in 2004.

From a supplier of tools initially aimed at that production chain, the company expanded, became an innovation ecosystem and today offers digital solutions for companies with different economic activities. From all over Brazil, and even abroad. Solutions, including artificial intelligence.

The Irrah Tech ecosystem is made up of five solutions, pillars of the business. They are the GPT Maker artificial intelligence, launched in 2024; Kigi, an ERP software; Plug Chat, technology for integrating multiple WhatsApp numbers into a single means of contact; Dispara Aí, WhatsApp automation; and E Vendi, which is an e-commerce platform. Another brand, Z-api, was also developed by the company, and is currently under the control of a North American holding company.

The precursor of Irrah Tech is César Baleco, who in 2004 founded Grands Sistemas, to mainly serve the Cianorte production arrangement. A year later, Miriã Plens and Diego Berteli joined together. Expanding rapidly and breaking geographical boundaries, the group started to count on the partnership of Mateus Miranda and Felipe Sabadini, in 2018.

The name Irrah was incorporated. "It's a word that translates that cry of happiness that we let out, that comes from the heart, when we achieve something, or are surprised by some innovation, something special. It's this cry that expresses the impact that our ecosystem seeks to generate", explain César Balenco and Miriã Plens.

Last year, consolidating the company's rebranding, the word Tech was added to the name Irrah. Furthermore, the organization has established itself no longer as an umbrella bringing together brands and their respective tools, but rather as a true innovation ecosystem – in which solutions for specific functionalities are interrelated.

"We continue to look at each of the products, however, as members of an ecosystem. A customer who uses a certain tool starts to identify in Irrah Tech not only the supplier of that functionality, but also digital solutions that boost the business, in general - sales, communication, management -, all available in our range of products and services", say the partners.

In addition to rebranding and the development and improvement of technologies, investment in people management is added. According to César and Miriã, the differences that the Irrah Tech ecosystem places on the market are the result of a qualified and motivated team. Recently, the company promoted a chat between people management specialist Luciana Orso and the company's leaders.

“The conversation covered points such as performance evaluation, individual development plans and the role of leadership in driving the growth of each professional”, describe the executives. “Because, before any code, any process, any delivery, any algorithm, we are people”, they emphasize.
