WK launches expert AI to empower people in using their ERP system

WK, a Brazilian company specialized in business management solutions, has just launched Mik, its new artificial intelligence, which empowers users throughout their journey of using the company's ERP. Using natural language, it indicates the system's best functionalities and solutions for each scenario, shortens the learning curve, guides process execution with clear step-by-step instructions, and even provides guidance on solutions for complex business situations, including those involving legislation, all within the ERP itself.

The AI has a knowledge base developed from the system's complete documentation from WK and anonymized data from support tickets, operating with a history of real cases to ensure assertiveness and resolution speed. Furthermore, it was trained with knowledge about legal obligations, an essential factor for helping people understand the challenges in deliveries to the tax authorities.

The generative AI solution operates cross-functionally, knowing details of the more than 30 modules of the WK ERP, and creates a possibility for conversation with users from all areas. “Mik is designed to be more than an ally for clarifying doubts about ERP usage or indicating solutions for bugs. Its deep knowledge of the ERP and real use cases from thousands of customers makes it an expert in our system, enabling it to understand business needs and convert them into solutions using the WK Radar ERP. It is prepared to support new users from the beginning of their usage journey, as well as explain functionalities and develop parameterization scripts or registrations to solve complex customer problems,” explains WK's Product and Market Director, Márcio Tomelin.

Mik also has high learning capacity and natural language capabilities, making it more friendly and interactive. “It interprets text, audio, and images, alternating between Chat GPT and Gemini, ensuring continuity even during peak usage or potential vendor instabilities. Mik provides intelligent system usage suggestions with links in each response, so professionals can strategically utilize the ERP's functionalities. More than 30,000 users from 4,000 companies will have access to the innovation.

Prior to the launch, tests conducted by WK evaluated more than 12,000 use cases with Mik. “With technological refinement and advanced AI training, we achieved an approval rating higher than 90% for Mik's responses and guidance. Finance expert version already available

The WK Radar expert Mik is an expansion of WK's project to bring artificial intelligence to customers as advisory and strategic support with an emphasis on efficiency and business performance. The company had already launched Mik Finance Expert in 2024. With it, users of WK's ERP can obtain financial insights through voice conversation directly on WhatsApp or Telegram, or directly within the system. The user can obtain information and complex analyses about their business's financial operations in real-time.

Mik Finance Expert also responds in natural language without relying on reports, accessing customer data directly. Queries such as daily amounts payable or receivable, cash flow views and analyses, bank account balances, and other details can be consulted accurately in a direct and highly simplified manner. WK was the first ERP company in the country to integrate business data with artificial intelligence and instant messaging applications.
