WK, a Brazilian company specializing in business management solutions, has just launched Mik, its new artificial intelligence that empowers users throughout their journey using the company's ERP system. In natural language, it indicates the best system functionalities and solutions for each scenario, shortens the learning curve, guides process execution with clear step-by-step instructions, and even provides guidance on solutions for complex business situations, including those involving legislation—all within the ERP system itself.
The AI has a knowledge base developed from complete WK and anonymized data from support calls, working with a history of real cases to ensure accuracy and speed of resolution. In addition, it has been trained with knowledge of legal obligations, an essential factor in helping people understand the challenges of filing tax returns.
The generative AI solution operates across all systems, understanding the details of over 30 modules in the WK ERP system, and creates the possibility of conversation with users from all areas. “Mik is here to be more than just an ally to clarify doubts about using the ERP or to suggest solutions for bugs. Her deep knowledge of the ERP and real-world use cases from thousands of clients makes her an expert in our system, allowing her to understand business needs and convert them into solutions with the WK Radar ERP. She is prepared to support new users from the beginning of their journey, as well as explain functionalities and develop parameterization or registration guides to solve complex client problems,” explains Márcio Tomelin, WK's product and market director.
Mik also has high learning capabilities and natural language processing, making it more user-friendly and interactive. “It interprets text, audio, and images, switching between GPT Chat and Gemini, ensuring continuity even during peak usage or occasional vendor instability. Mik provides intelligent suggestions for system usage with links in each response, allowing professionals to strategically leverage the ERP's functionalities. Finance expert version now available
Mik, a specialist in WK Radar, is an expansion of WK's project to bring artificial intelligence to clients as a consultative and strategic support tool, emphasizing efficiency and business performance. The company had already launched Mik Finance Specialist in 2024. With it, WK ERP users can obtain financial insights through voice conversations directly on WhatsApp or Telegram, or directly within the system. Users can obtain complex information and analyses about their business's financial operations in real time.
Mik, a Finance Specialist, also responds in natural language and without relying on reports, directly accessing client data. Questions such as daily amounts payable or receivable, cash flow overview and analysis, bank account balance, and other details can be consulted accurately, directly, and very simply. WK was the first ERP company in the country to integrate business data with artificial intelligence and instant messaging applications.
