Vindi Launches Collection via WhatsApp to Reduce Business Delinquency

A Vindi, LWSA payment platform, has just released a new feature that allows billing notifications via WhatsApp. This initiative aims to automate billing notifications for companies, with the aim of reducing delinquency and recovering sales more effectively

The new tool integrates Vindi's strategy for diversifying the financial services offered, that seeks to provide complete solutions for companies and entrepreneurs. "Our recovery solutions have already enabled companies to recover over R$ 121 million in payments between January and June of this year", and about R$ 1 billion between June 2015 and June 2024, through email and SMS notifications, highlights Monisi Costa, director of Payments & Banking at Vindi

With the addition of notifications via WhatsApp, companies gain a powerful ally in the fight against default, offering customers a more convenient way to settle their debts. In June of this year, the default rate reached 67,98 million Brazilian consumers, according to the National Confederation of Shopkeepers (CNDL) and the Credit Protection Service (SPC Brazil). "Notifications via WhatsApp meet the growing demand for more effective and convenient communication methods for both businesses and consumers", facilitating the negotiation of outstanding debts and the realization of sales, explain Monisi

The new feature of Vindi follows the trend of consumer behavior, that is increasingly connected and solving its issues online. A recent survey by Opinion Box revealed that 61% of users open the app at least once a day, 80% of Brazilians prefer to communicate with companies through instant messages

The tool allows companies to send automatic notifications of pending charges, defeated, issued and rejected, that can be paid directly through WhatsApp, using a specific number from Vindi or from the company itself. Among the main benefits of the new feature is the greater recovery of sales, the sending of payment links in the message, ready and assertive messages, integration flexibility, simple and easy setup, in addition to control and visibility

With this innovation, Vindi reinforces its commitment to providing technological solutions that facilitate the financial management of companies, helping them to recover revenues and improve communication with customers
