At the end of the first half of September, the average price of a liter of common diesel was found to be R$ 6,11, with an increase of 0,16%, in relation to the accumulated total of August, and the S-10 diesel was sold at an average of R$ 6,17, after a reduction of 0,16%.It is what the latest analysis of the Edenred Ticket Log Price Index (IPTL) indicates, survey that consolidates the price behavior of transactions at fuel stations, bringing an accurate average
The average price of diesel remains above R$ 6 at the beginning of this quarter. This trend of stability was identified throughout the country with fuel prices retreating by 0,15% and 0,33% and increasing from 0,17% and 0,34% in the five Brazilian regions, analysis Douglas Pina, General Director of Mobility at Edenred Brazil
Despite recording the most significant increases in the prices of both types of diesel, of 0,34%, the South Region showed the lowest averages in the whole country for both, with the common type at R$ 5,94 and the S-10 at R$ 5,99. The largest reductions were identified in the Midwest, where the price of the common fell 0,33% and the S-10 0,32%, closing the fortnight at R$ 6,13 and R$ 6,26, respectively. In the North Region, the IPTL identified the most significant averages, of R$ 6,70 for the common and R$ 6,58 for the S-10.
Among the states and the Federal District, the largest reductions were recorded in Rio Grande do Norte, where the common became 1,92% cheaper and closed the period at R$ 6,13, and the S-10 reduced 1,28%, closing the fortnight at R$ 6,17. With the price of the liter at R$ 6,21, the Espírito Santo recorded the most significant increase for regular diesel, of 0,98%. The largest increase for the S-10 type, of 0,59%, was identified in Rondônia, where the liter was found at an average of R$ 6,77.
The most expensive averages in the whole country for both types were recorded at the fuel pumps in Amapá, that sold the common for R$ 7,39 and the S-10 at R$ 7,45. The cheapest regular diesel was found in Rio Grande do Norte, R$ 6,13, and the S-10 is the most economical, in Paraná, R$ 5,96.
