OLX creates the technological training program, IncluTech, the first class will be for people with disabilities and in educational partnership with SoulCode

OLX announces the launch of IncluTech, an innovative technology training program created by OLX, with educational partnership from SoulCode Academy. The first class will be dedicated to people with disabilities (PWDs), bringing real opportunities and possibilities for employability

According to the IBGE, the Brazilian population has more than 18 million people living with some type of disability, representing approximately 9% of the country's population

A survey conducted by Relevo in 2021 revealed that only 1,6% of technology company invitations are for candidates with disabilities. This highlights the urgent need for inclusive initiatives in the technology sector, one of the most promising and constantly growing. Empowering people with disabilities is not just a way to address the shortage of professionals in the technology sector. It is about changing lives, offer new perspectives and open doors through education, creating a more inclusive and fair future for everyone
