Magalu has just launched the MagaluPay Digital Installment Plan, a new possibility for installment payment of purchases, totally integrated into the company's app. Initially, 2,4 million customers with pre-approved credit have the function enabled in the app and will be able to use the modality in a 100% unbureaucratic and transparent way.
"Our digital MagaluPay card was developed to enhance the purchasing power of our customers and boost the growth of our e-commerce",affirms Carlos Mauad, CEO of MagaluBank. "Our intention is to expand the credit offering", in a responsible manner, in the coming months, following the company's mission which is to provide access to those who do not have it.
The service offers customized rates and credit lines for each client, with online hiring, simplified and secure, through devices such as, for example, facial recognition validation. The management of the booklet is also done in the app itself, that allows viewing paid and pending installments, available balance and contract of each purchase made via digital installment plan. Customers can also make payments and advance installments – with a consequent reduction in interest rates – via PIX or boleto, inclusive using the MagaluPay digital account, what eliminates the need to leave the app.
