Mauricio Garcia, chairman of the academic council of Inteli, is one of the teachers of the course, highlights that Compass is an innovative initiative for integrating technical knowledge with business. As technology advances, increases the gap between those who understand the business and those who master the technology. It has never been so important to have a hybrid profile, that is to say, the one who can navigate both sides. It is no longer possible to consider technology as a support department, she needs to be transversal throughout the organization, highlights Garcia
