Giuliana Flores plans to strengthen the team for seasonal dates and estimates a 20% growth in 2025

In a fast-paced growth rhythm, Giuliana Flores intends to increase the team of collaborators. The largest flower shop in Latin America grew 20% in 2024 and, this year, plans to repeat the number. The goal is to make 800 thousand deliveries by the end of the year and the expansion of the workforce will be essential. The first semester has important dates, like Easter, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. The forecast is to make about 200 hires, covering both the operation of e-commerce, that serves all of Brazil, how many physical stores located in São Paulo (SP) and surrounding area

The company has a network of operations that serves 1.020 cities throughout Brazilian territory. With a focus on excellence, many deliveries can be made in up to three hours in some areas. More than 2 are sold,5 tons of flowers per month. Furthermore, the company expanded the catalog and today has a portfolio of 10 thousand items on its website, including flowers, balloons, soft toys, шоколади, special baskets, kits and even books

With a distribution center of 2.700 m² in São Caetano do Sul (SP), that has the capacity to meet 85% of requests within an hour, the company maintains partnerships with 800 flower shops. Moreover, there are 300 marketplace partners, expanding your network of operation. There are also six cooling chambers to ensure the quality and freshness of the products

Much beyond the digital

The company has nine physical stores (São Caetano, Saint Andrew, Mooca, Saint Bernard, Tatuapé, Guarulhos, Higienópolis, Perdizes, Moema and Vila Nova Conceição) and four own kiosks.The opening of physical establishments is an innovative strategy that goes against the trend of other brands, debuting the physical version after e-commerce. In fact, these spaces serve as a complement to the virtual environment, because many people still have the habit of buying items in person.The goal is to expand operations and win an even larger number of clients

In addition to the stores located in various parts of the city of São Paulo and the Metropolitan Region, the company installed 15 vending machines in high-traffic locations, like airports, theatres and event centers. This measure offers customers the convenience of shopping at any time.
