Dinamize, a leading technology company providing marketing automation and digital relationship solutions, has just opened a branch in Minas Gerais. The new unit, located in Divinópolis, is a strategic move for the company to be even closer to a market already home to significant clients such as PUC Minas, Unimed, Sebrae MG, Frio Peças, and Loja Elétrica. The expectation is to double this client base within a year, further solidifying the brand's presence in the state.
According to Jonatas Abbott, Partner and Managing Director at Dinamize, the decision to expand operations in Minas Gerais reflects the region's digital maturity. "Today, we have very important clients in cities like Uberlândia, Belo Horizonte, and Divinópolis. The Minas Gerais market stands out for its intensive use of digital tools, which opens up significant business opportunities and partnerships with local agencies, consultants, and platforms," he says. The new office, located at Rua Minas Gerais, 19, in the Divinópolis city centre, will have a team prepared to meet regional demands, strengthening proximity and connection with businesses.
Minas Gerais as a strategy
The choice of Minas Gerais is directly linked to the dynamism of the local market. According to a Sebrae study, 71% of small businesses in Minas Gerais already use social media, apps, or the internet to sell their products or services, a figure reflecting the high level of digitalisation in the state. For Dinamize, this is an opportunity to consolidate its key asset: people.
"What changes is that, from now on, we have a team that understands the local culture and how the market operates. This facilitates building strong connections and demonstrating how our technology can support mining companies in achieving better results in marketing and customer relations," highlights Abbott. In addition to the office opening, the company intends to invest in in-person activities, such as participating in events and partnering with agencies in the region, as well as presenting its latest solutions to the Minas Gerais public, including resources based on artificial intelligence."
National presence and continuous innovation
Founded in 2000, Dinamize has solidified its position as one of Brazil's leading companies in digital marketing technology. Throughout its history, the company expanded its operations from email marketing solutions, incorporated social media monitoring tools, and built a comprehensive automation platform, which now serves over 12,000 brands worldwide. Clients utilizing their solutions include names such as Hospital Albert Einstein, Unimed, Tigre, Beto Carrero, Tilibra, the Portuguese Language Museum, Brinquedos Estrela, the Ayrton Senna Institute, and B3.
Even in a challenging economic climate for Brazil, Dinamize maintained growth and achieved revenue of R$1,424 million in 2024. The result stems from a strategy focusing on larger accounts, particularly in e-commerce, a sector that strengthened during the pandemic. The average customer spend practically doubled, and the customer satisfaction index reached 100%, a reflection of close, humanised service, as well as investments in innovation and its own infrastructure.
