The food retail sector continues to rise and according todata from the Scanntech Radar in partnership with McKinsey, the sector grew 3,3% in revenue in February 2024, driven by increased consumption and promotional strategies

Furthermore, anotherrecent research by MindMinershighlighted that the main factors influencing consumer choices in the food sector, and that reflects an increasingly aware and demanding consumer, is: the price, reaching 68%, the flavor, at 64%. Furthermore, oneCapterra consultancy researchrevealed that 49% of consumers consider speed the most important factor in deliveries.
