AFreshworks, specialized in AI-driven business software, took place this Wednesday (4) in São Paulo the Refresh, one of its main annual events around the world. With the presence of more than 350 clients and strategic partners of Freshworks, the event was an opportunity to discuss the impact and future of AI on the customer and employee experience.
The event was divided into two parts. In the morning, Luciano Ramos, Country Manager of IDC Brazil, addressed in its panel "State of Industry: How Generative AI is transforming customer service and support" the transformations and trends of artificial intelligence in the customer service market. Next, the software engineers at Freshworks, Matheus Benneti and Paya Patel, they demonstrated live the operation of Freddy, the company's AI solution, on the panel "Transforming Customer and Employee Experience with Freddy"
Already on the clients' panel, the IT and CX executives of Piracanjuba (Fabio França), Infracommerce (Maria Píris), Copel (Fabiano Zenello) and Klap (Victor Peña) revealed how the adoption of Freshworks management solutions increased the efficiency of their businesses. In the second part of the event, Marcio Rodrigues, Head of Alliances and Strategic Partnerships at Freshworks in Latin America, led a partner-focused panel, how A5 Solutions and Notrez, and discussed some of the plans to strengthen this support network in Latin America
