Thiago Oliveira

Thiago Oliveira is the CEO and founder of Monest – an asset recovery company that uses a virtual agent called Mia, connected by artificial intelligence, to collect debts. Immersed in entrepreneurship since the beginning of his career, at just 19 years old he took over the leadership of the development team at Ometz, which gave him the enthusiasm to found Hotel Já, a startup that offered high-end hotels at a much more affordable cost for last-minute bookings. Later, Thiago founded Davai, a technology and development company, where he worked on 15 projects for 6 months, some of them quite significant, such as Formula 1 and Expedia. He served as CTO for leading innovation companies in the Curitiba ecosystem, such as Hero99 and Beracode. During this period, he managed and promoted the Philips of Holland project, which started in Brazil and is now gaining global reach. He graduated from PUC/PR in Information Systems, with a specialization in Machine Learning from Udacity (2018). Over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, with a consolidated track record in the debt collection market for more than 10 years. Elected one of the top 50 Finance and Risk leaders by CMS Financial Innovation 2023.
