Koin and Zoop, Food's fintech-as-a-service arm, have partnered to transform B2B payments in Brazil.

Koin, a fintech company specializing in simplifying digital commerce and connecting businesses and customers through Fraud Prevention and BNPL solutions in Brazil, and Zoop, iFood's fintech-as-a-service arm, announce a strategic partnership for the development and offering of integrated anti-fraud and payment gateway solutions with a high degree of customization and security.

This move strengthens our strategy of being a complete platform for payment and anti-fraud solutions. Together with Zoop, we are further expanding our ability to drive conversion and scale results for clients and our e-commerce partners,” says Dieter Spangenberg, CPFO of Koin.

The goal is to meet the growing demands of the e-commerce market in a scalable way, ensuring faster, more secure payment experiences aligned with the new digital reality. The partnership between the companies acts as a key element in this process—combining technology, data intelligence, and machine learning to protect transactions while maximizing conversion.

“By combining our payment technology infrastructure with Koin’s expertise in anti-fraud solutions, we are taking another step towards our commitment to transforming how companies offer financial services. Together, we are evolving the financial ecosystem for the B2B market, which will allow companies to offer faster and more secure payment experiences,” points out Cesario Martins, CEO of Zoop.
