Um estudo do InstitutoZ em parceria com a MMA Latam, publicado pelo Meio & Mensagem, mostra que 60% das empresas ainda encontram dificuldades para dialogar com esse público, inclusive nas redes sociais.

Segundo Marcio Verderio Tahan, CEO da VTCall, empresa especializada em atendimento corporativo com inteligência artificial e automação, ignorar essas expectativas significa perder relevância. “Esse grupo valoriza agilidade e espera que as marcas estejam presentes em múltiplos canais, prontos para oferecer soluções imediatas. Nascidos entre 1997 e 2010, devem responder pela maior parte das compras nos próximos anos, além de influenciar o comportamento de outras gerações”, ressalta Marcio.

Como atendê-los de forma inteligente?

Comportamentos digitais já transformaram a forma de consumir, exigindo novas estratégias para a gestão da experiência do cliente. O que antes parecia impossível, unir tecnologia a um atendimento humanizado, hoje é realidade graças ao avanço das ferramentas. Softwares são capazes de interagir, responder dúvidas e até antecipar necessidades, criando experiências mais práticas e consistentes. Hoje, a Geração Z também está presenciando essa nova era que só se aperfeiçoa.

“O erro mais comum é acreditar que a tecnologia torna o atendimento impessoal. Quando bem aplicada, ela faz justamente o contrário: aproxima e torna a jornada mais fluida para quem está do outro lado”, explica Marcio. Hoje, plataformas omnichannel e recursos de automação permitem atuar 24 horas por dia com rapidez e eficiência, conectando canais como WhatsApp, Telegram e redes sociais. Assim, a experiência se mantém contínua e integrada, garantindo eficiência e proximidade ao mesmo tempo, algo essencial para esses consumidores que valorizam exclusividade e odeiam esperar.

Para Marcio, o segredo está no equilíbrio “Esses nativos digitais querem que cada interação seja eficiente e, ao mesmo tempo, humana. O tempo deles precisa ser respeitado em cada contato”, reforça.

Além disso, os consumidores jovens valorizam a praticidade e objetividade, e esperam que seu tempo seja respeitado e que essas soluções antecipem suas necessidades. Cada interação deve ser pensada como uma oportunidade de engajamento, fortalecendo a confiança e a percepção positiva da marca.
