AI agents conducted 90,000 business conversations in Brazil last year.

According to the Chat Commerce Report 2025, WhatsApp has established itself as the main sales channel for Brazilian retail. The study shows that 95.21% of interactions between brands and consumers occurred on the app, and that the performance of marketing campaigns guaranteed a 55% conversion rate into sales.

Refined and constantly improved, the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in the consumer journey also makes all the difference in digital businesses. In this regard, research from Chat Commerce shows that, in 2024, autonomous agents conducted approximately 90,000 commercial conversations and resolved 80% of them without any human intervention.

“Marketing and sales have changed since AI agents entered the scene. In recent years, this has helped companies transform their sales and customer service.
