The Global Compact – Brazil Network, announced a new automated customer service solution, developed in partnership with Blip, a conversational intelligence platform, and Skeps, a business-tech company specializing in creating conversational journeys through intelligent contacts .
The feature facilitates company participation, optimizes relationships with participants, and streamlines processes that were previously done manually. The Brazilian Network, which already has over 2,000 participating organizations , including large, medium, and small companies, now offers a more agile and intuitive experience for companies interested in engaging with the United Nations' voluntary initiative that aims to mobilize the business community to adopt, in their strategies and operations, ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and the fight against corruption.
Among the features already available in the smart contact system are: history and support materials about the Global Compact, answers to frequently asked questions, data collection, a point of contact for new companies to join, and automated screening to direct them to the responsible team.
In partnership with Skeps, a business-tech company specializing in creating conversational journeys through intelligent contacts, the solution will gain new functionalities in the coming months, including a financial area that will allow for data updates, contribution tracking, and invoice issuance.
“We believe that innovation only makes sense when it serves greater causes. Alongside the Global Compact, we are enabling a digital journey that encourages more companies to make concrete commitments to sustainability and corporate responsibility,” reinforces Victor Brito, CEO of Skeps.
According to Rafaela Marteleto, Social Impact Coordinator and responsible for leading the ESG agenda at Blip , the project is an example of how intelligent contact is transforming the way organizations relate to their audiences. “The use of conversational intelligence is a powerful technology that allows for more efficient, accessible, and deeply personalized communication. It is encouraging to see how the Global Compact – Brazil Network is taking advantage of this innovation, using cutting-edge technology to strengthen ties and increase companies' engagement for a fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable future,” she states.
For the Global Compact team, innovation represents a leap in productivity. “ The digital assistant not only simplifies the onboarding of new companies but also streamlines contacts and information, allowing everyone to focus, with the help of the Global Compact, on achieving the 2030 Agenda more quickly and easily,” highlights Rodrigo Favetta, Director of Engagement, Partnerships and Finance at the Global Compact – Brazil Network .
