This innovation developed by the team of specialized engineers at Mecalux aims to facilitate decision making and the execution of actions to streamline warehouse processes. Thus, users can ask questions about any aspect related to the warehouse so that Easy WMS provides them with accurate answers in different formats such as figures, lists, tables or graphs.
Generative AI from Mecalux can generate downloadable reports with the data needed to manage an inventory, compile visual summaries of the status of exit orders, the occupancy level in real time, or report on the current inventory of a specific product. Users can also perform specific actions while talking to AI. For example, they can ask you to release all orders that qualify as express shipping or unlock a specific aisle, and these requests will be completed automatically when the action is confirmed through the conversation.
