In the acquisitions made by WhatsApp, the customer contacts the store, describes their need and is directed to an attendant who makes a personalized sale. “To meet the demands of digital channels, we have developed a strategy to direct requests. On each of the platforms, orders leave a different place. The requests of our website and marketplace platforms are met by our distribution center in Minas Gerais, while orders placed on WhatsApp are met by regional stocks and” stores, explains Prado.

Marketplace networks have strengthened and entered the brand's corporate strategy, which has the main players in the market as partners. Large platforms, such as Shopee, have consolidated as a distribution channel, offering the public official stores of various brands, such as lojosmel, which provides its entire portfolio to customers.

“Marketplaces draw the attention of consumers by the practicality of using only one platform for various types of purchase. Another great attraction is data security, in addition to ensuring that the official store of the brand is flagged, preventing digital scams are applied”, comments the manager.

“Digital channels are here to stay and are part of all our strategic planning. They have enabled us to expand the reach of our network, fulfilling orders in all regions of the country.
