Zapia launches reminders function by WhatsApp

In an increasingly digital and dynamic world, concentrating several tasks in a single application facilitates routine and improves productivity. Considering that WhatsApp is already used by 99% of internet users in Brazil, according to the Panorama Mobile Time/Opinion Box survey, Zapia emerges as a practical solution by expanding the features of the application most used by Brazilians. As a personal assistant integrated into WhatsApp, Zapia now offers a new functionality to help organize the demands of everyday life: the programming of reminders

With the new function, you can receive notifications directly in the messaging app about appointments, meetings or personalized reminders of any nature. Just enter the date, time and description of the event, and Zapia will send you a message at the right time. It is also possible to set daily, weekly or monthly repetitions, and include details such as location, participants and observations. 

“The launch of reminder scheduling is a natural extension of the assistant's proposal, which aims to offer practicality in various areas of everyday life, helping users to stay organized without giving up the” convenience, says Juan Pablo Pereira, CEO of Zapia.

In addition to reminders, the assistant continues to offer a series of features to simplify daily life and extend the usefulness of WhatsApp. Zapia answers questions on multiple subjects, reproduces the writing of texts from photos/images and can transcribe audios, facilitating the reading of messages when it is not possible to hear them. It also helps in the search for nearby places and services and makes personalized recommendations for food and physical activities, contributing to a more practical and healthy routine.
