The main novelty is the introduction of two assistants based on generative AI, integrated into the Dynamize Automation platform: the Smart Calendar and the Flow Assistant.
The Smart Calendar acts as a kind of digital CS. Artificial intelligence proposes a structured content planning, suggesting campaigns for engagement, new sales and customer retention. The Flow Assistant interprets the customer's business context and proposes strategic insights so that the user can implement the most relevant automations within the platform, facilitating the escalation in revenue generation.
These solutions add to the subject generator with artificial intelligence, a functionality previously launched by Dinamize, at a time when the market was still taking the first steps in the practical application of AI. The initiative demonstrates the consistency of the company in offering innovative and accessible resources, anticipating trends and making the use of technology something really applicable in the day to day of those who work with digital marketing.
