Magalu launches Black App this Tuesday, July 22nd, a promotional campaign offering Black Friday discounts to app users. Until July 24th, customers can take advantage of thousands of products across various categories with prices up to 80% lower. In addition, the company will offer special payment options, including installments in up to 21 payments on Magalu and Luiza cards, as well as free shipping.
“This is the third year of the campaign, which aims to further strengthen our app, already a retail leader in the country. Black App is a tradition and a fundamental part of our strategy to boost our sales and those of our more than 360,000 sellers in July,” says Aline Izo, Senior Manager of Marketing, Branding and Communication at Magalu.
The categories with the most aggressive discounts are beauty and groceries, home and garage, appliances and furniture, lifestyle, children's products, and cultural products. All companies in the ecosystem participate in the promotion through the Magalu app: Netshoes, a leader in sports and lifestyle e-commerce; Época Cosméticos, in the beauty and wellness sector; Estante Virtual, a bookstore; and KaBuM!, the country's largest e-commerce for technology products.
Widely publicized last week, the digital media campaign – across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Spotify, Globoplay, Netflix, and Jovem Nerd – invites customers to download the app.
From the start of the promotion, Magalu will feature exclusive offers on YouTube's Masthead, the homepage of the world's leading video platform. On Wednesday and Thursday, the company will advertise promotions during TV Record's programming.
