Multifaceted leader: Zuk CEO has experience in different areas

Since 2023, he has been at the head of Zuk, the largest real estate auction portal in Brazil, and Henri Zylberstajn he combines an intense and diversified routine, bringing to the company the experience gained in different areas. In addition to being a partner of Kwara and the First Passenger, he acts as a mentor in G4 Education, inspiring and guiding executives and other entrepreneurs. In the social field, he maintains a strong performance with the NGO Generating Hawks and is founder of the Serendipity Institute, created in 2018 to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, motivated by his experience with his third son, who was born with Down Syndrome. He is also an advisor and angel-investor in companies such as Loft, Agrolend, and SuaQuadra. 

Acting at Zuk 

Partner of Zuk since 2023, the entrepreneur assumed the position of CEO in early 2024 with the mission of enhancing operations and focusing on new growth levers. With the movement, the organization, which maintains a significant growth year by year, aims to double the opportunities of real estate taken to auction in 2025. Amid more than 1 million registered users, the success of the company over time also concerns attractive discounts. Currently, the options listed on the Zuk Portal reach values up to 80% below the market.  

Against an innovation-averse industry, the company already takes an approach of simplifying the online auction, combining advanced technology with human service.The intention is to direct investments to further integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into operations. “Using AI more and more, we intend to optimize processes and position Zuk even more as a player at the forefront of using” technology, shares Zylberstajn. 

Inspiring trajectory 

From a family with Jewish origin, whose grandparents are refugees who came to Brazil willing to start over after the Second World War, Zylberstajn, 44, comes from a privileged cradle. His parents, entrepreneurs, have always shown the importance of dedication to work and education for their children. At school, he demonstrated skills in mathematics and physics, and has always been passionate about solving complex problems, which led him to attend civil engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of Sao Paulo (USP). Soon after, he specialized in finance. Moved to challenges, he left behind a winning trajectory as an executive in consulting in the multinational companies to found a company of consulting firm 1 years later, Leuk has sold to auction company to sell it, the company to sell it to the company 1 years of the company. 

At 28, the current leader of Zuk had a comfortable position as executive manager in a multinational recruitment and selection in Sao Paulo, with above average remuneration.However, he had a dream: to have his own business before the age of 30, get married and have children. At the same time, he joined the brothers Andre and Fabio Zukerman, his childhood friends, whose family worked in the auctioneer business, to create a virtual auction company.
