With an investment of more than R$2 million, Natural Bot has come to market with a technology that redefines the sales experience by WhatsApp. Unlike traditional chatbots, which follow rigid flows, the Natural Bot CoPilot uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to provide more dynamic and personalized interactions, comprising not only text, but also audios, abbreviations and regionalisms, making the experience more natural and intuitive for the customer. According to Rafael Coffani, founder of Natural Bot, technology solves one of the main challenges of delivery via WhatsApp: the limitation in human service.“O WhatsApp is an essential tool for many restaurants, but without automation, maintaining a standard of service, scaling sales and providing an agile and interactive shopping experience becomes a challenge. The CoPilot changes this scenario by offering a humanized and efficient service, boosting sales automatically”, explains Coffani.

In addition to answering questions and processing orders, the CoPilot suggests complementary items intelligently, increasing the average ticket of customers. It also eliminates the need to manually send payment vouchers, as it performs the verification automatically via Central Bank, ensuring more security against fraud.

The platform also has an administrative panel, where restaurant managers can customize the identity of the CoPilot, manage menus, define delivery zones and track sales metrics.The goal of Natural Bot is to reach 1,700 active accounts in 2025 and exceed 15,000 by the end of 2026.

According to Abrasel research, 63% of establishments use WhatsApp for sales and 32% point to the application as the main delivery tool. The CoPilot is not intended to replace traditional delivery apps, but rather offer an efficient alternative for customers who prefer to buy directly through WhatsApp, one of the most used channels by Brazilians.

With support for text and audio requests, the platform makes the shopping experience more fluid and accessible, reducing virtual queues and optimizing service. In addition to brokering orders, CoPilot manages questions, sends menus, suggests items, processes payments and automatically issues the Service Order. Integration with POS and logistics systems such as Saipos, Eclectica and Colibri, and the expansion of connectivity via API reinforce the proposal of a complete ecosystem for delivery.

The solution offers direct benefits for restaurants, allowing a scalable service.For customers, it reduces waiting time and provides a more intuitive shopping experience. Another differential is the flexibility in the shopping journey, allowing the consumer to choose between WhatsApp or an online menu.
