Consumer Week, celebrated annually with Consumer Day (15 March) has consolidated as a significant date for Brazilian retail, being considered the “Black Friday” of the first half. In Brazilian e-commerce as a whole, sales grew 13.9% over the previous year, during Consumer Week 2024 according to Neotrust dataaccording to the Brazilian Electronic Commerce Association (ABComm), the projection is that the revenue reaches R$ 224.7 billion in 2025. 

In parallel, the consumer trends for 2025 indicate that consumers are more cautious, prioritizing experiences and seeking more economical alternatives.In addition, there is a growing demand for ease of payment and agility in deliveries, as stated by 37% of respondents by Ecglobal in study of consumption trends for 2025. Another data from the same survey shows that 88% of respondents consider technology as an ally when shopping.
