In December 2024, a Nice House launched a Nic, its own virtual assistant focused on content creators, developed through artificial intelligence tools. Nic works 100% via WhatsApp, assisting creators to find work opportunities without the need to resort to the use of other platforms or the download of applications for this, becoming a pioneering initiative in creator economy latin american.

The development of Nic aims to distance the look on the content creator as a mere channel of brand transmission and value it as the player fundamental that represents in the influence market.“A virtual assistant is available to the entire community of creators, at no cost of access. Through Nic, these professionals can receive paid advertising opportunities and, once with the job accepted, she herself helps them deliver the work from start to finish”, says Mari Galindo, CEO of Nice House.

In addition to bringing opportunities, Nic offers a number of creative and operational support resources, such as script development through AI, trend monitoring that can be requested by the user, benefit programs focused on the needs of creators 'AM as anticipation of caches -, among other features.

Developed 100% by the Nice House technology team, the virtual assistant is integrated into the workflow management platform used by the Nice team.The main difference is that its language does not follow a robotic flow; unlike chatbots from other companies, Nic does not offer predefined options, but adapts to the language of those who are using it.

With the launch of Nic, Nice House hopes to reduce friction in accessing opportunities and thus rapidly increase its creator base.The expectation is to engage the community in research of interest and constantly improve the platform, accelerating the development of new products and services based on the real needs of content creators.

Nic had an initial investment of more than R$ 100 thousand, and Nice House plans continuous investments to ensure that the platform is increasingly efficient. In addition, according to the “Creators and Business” report of 2024, more than 56% of influencers in Brazil have between 1 to 50 thousand followers, an audience that will increasingly demand solutions such as Nic.
