Fintalk hosts an exclusive meeting on AI applications in the customer journey 

On July 30, Fintalk promotes another edition of its cycle of meetings focused on innovation in relationship and technology with a focus on the customer. The event, entitled “Multiagentes: AI that Connects the” Journey, will take place at the Itau Cube in Sao Paulo, with the presence of about 20 guests among leaders of areas such as CX, technology, marketing, data and digital transformation.

With an intimate format and focused on the exchange of information between executives, the meeting seeks to create a space for listening and joint construction on the challenges of applying artificial intelligence effectively throughout the customer journey from service to billing.
