Vinicius Colli began his career at V4 six years ago as a franchisee, investing less than R$10 thousand in Colli&Co, a unit that became the first to reach R$1 million in monthly revenue, with Gustavo Figueiredo. Today, the operation moves about R$40 million a year and serves customers of V4X, the exclusive arm of the company for large companies, such as XP Investimentos, Sicoob and Salus Group. Both leave their respective positions in the franchise to take over the new seats in the matrix.
