Giuliana Flores opens new store in the Aclimacao neighborhood in Sao Paulo

Largest e-commerce of flowers and gifts in Latin America, Giuliana Flores has been investing in physical retail, with stores in the state capital and Greater Sao Paulo. The neighborhood chosen for the time, which will house the new space of the brand, is Acclimation. In the central area and with easy access to other regions, the place has good infrastructure, presence of cultural diversity and contagious nightlife.This is the 13th store, located in Coronel Diogo Street, in the Acclimation neighborhood, which has 150 square meters and follows the pattern of decoration of the other units.

In addition to the classic bouquets and floral arrangements, the store will offer fresh flowers, dehydrated versions and the iconic enchanted roses exclusive to the brand. Customers will also be able to choose between breakfast baskets, kits with chocolates and a curation of creative gifts such as plushies, mugs, pillows and drinks, perfect to thrill those who love in any occasion.

Expanding its operations in physical retail, the new store becomes part of the network of units already present in Higienopolis, Guarulhos, Mooca, Moema, Perdizes, Ipiranga, Santo Andre, Sao Bernardo, Sao Caetano do Sul, Tatuape and Vila Nova Conceicao. The structure of Giuliana Flores also includes eight kiosks, a network formed by 800 associated floricultures and 300 partners in marketplaces. With a distribution center located in Sao Caetano do Sul (SP), with 2.7 thousand square meters, the company can deliver one hour of 8510 orders.

Presence in digital and physical stores io a differentiated strategy

The expansion to street stores complements the strong performance in the digital environment, reinforcing the company's commitment to offer a complete experience for all consumer profiles (INCLUDING those who still value direct contact with products and face-to-face service. The strategy, which goes against traditional retail, innovates by making the reverse movement: starting in e-commerce and then winning on the streets.

In addition to physical stores, the company has also invested in new channels of convenience, installing 15 vending machines in places of great circulation in the capital and metropolitan region, such as airports, theaters and event centers.The proposal is to make access to flowers and gifts even more practical, fast and surprising.
