Dialog AI Insights: solution uses Artificial Intelligence to transform data into employee engagement strategies

THE Dialog, Internal Communication and Engagement company, announced the launch of the Dialog AI Insights, a new module of Generative Artificial Intelligence that facilitates the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for the improvement of strategies in the area. The solution is part of Dialog AI, ecosystem of Artificial Intelligence for Engagement, which also includes the modules Power AI Creator and Dialog Engagement Index.

The announcement comes at a time of accelerated digital transformation. According to a microsoft Research (2023), 64% of professionals report not having time or energy for their activities, and this group is 3.5 times more likely to face difficulties related to innovation and strategy. In the same sense, Artificial Intelligence appears as the main technological flag defended by the area of Internal Communication, being mentioned by 44% of people in a study conducted by Aberje and Integrated Action (2024).

Given this scenario, Dialog comes with a response to the growing demand for data analysis, simplifying the optimization of Internal Communication management and employee engagement.Investing in Artificial Intelligence since 2023, HR Tech was the first Brazilian company in the Internal Communication market to propose an Artificial Intelligence ecosystem focused on engagement.

The launch of Dialog AI Insights, whose purpose is to answer qualitative and quantitative questions about the actions developed on the platform, provides a more in-depth and analytical view of Internal Communication and Engagement, allowing companies to evaluate the effectiveness of their initiatives and better target their strategic decisions. 

With this feature, through a targeted approach of Artificial Intelligence agents, information can be delivered in two ways: 

  • Real-time interaction: the user can ask questions directly to the AI and receive personalized answers according to the platform database. A CI agent supports the most diverse queries on communication performance, campaigns and specific audiences, being the “radar” of what is engaging in the company.
  • Automated reports: comprehensive monthly analyses are also available that include indicators such as access, engagement, content quality and other aspects essential to the management of Internal Communication 'DS within what is actually being experienced in the organization.

In addition to the functionalities foreseen at the launch, Dialog AI Insights will have new agents capable of monitoring organizational health, predicting trends and analyzing the communication flow. “We will precisely start by the CI agent to understand what most arouses the interest of our customers and, from this use, we will create new agents to solve specific issues, crossing” data, says Godinho.
