In response to the growth of Brazilian e-commerce, projected to advance 10% in 2025 and achieve a turnover of R$ 224.7 billion, according to the Brazilian Electronic Commerce Association (ABComm), the Integrated Store, a reference in automation and data intelligence for the sector, reinforces its positioning as a challenger the company invested R$ 5 million between 2023 and 2024 to structure its data lake and drive its data intelligence strategy.
In 2024, the contributions of the Integrated Store in technological development increased by 244% compared to the previous year, marking a new phase of evolution for the company.“We brought specialized engineers to improve the technology embedded in the platform and develop new features that help retailers increase their sales and retain customers”, says Victor Popper, CEO of the company.
According to Popper, investments in infrastructure for storage, processing and availability of data seek to ensure that robust solutions are also available to SMB merchants (small and medium businesses) and meet the different demands of the market. “Our embedded intelligence allows autonomous actions that drive the growth of retailers, freeing up time for them to focus on other areas of the business”, says the CEO.
Among the results, we highlight the recovery of R$ 30 million in sales through the tool abandoned carts in the last year, using automation to attract and retain consumers.
Advances in embedded technology
The CEO explains that the Integrated Store has been investing in tools that allow customization and advanced automation for retailers, either on the front end of stores or in the management of product catalogs.
In addition to solutions aimed at traffic optimization and retention ¡like the recovery of carts and abandoned products, based on customer behavior triggers IO, Loja Integrada is developing new technologies on two strategic fronts for future launches:
- New store page renderer: offers advanced customization and optimizes customer experience, surpassing traditional solutions;
- Channel Hub: facilitates integration with marketplaces, automating the adaptation of the product catalog to the rules of each platform.
The company also plans to expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI) by integrating communication channels such as WhatsApp, with the aim of simplifying store management and improving customer relationships.
Focus on sustainable growth
For 2025, the focus of the Integrated Store is to maintain growth in a sustainable way, focusing on a robust portfolio.“We aim to add value to retailers.In addition to native features such as themes, payments and logistics, we are diversifying our revenue sources, offering complete solutions that generate expressive results and increase the life cycle of customers on the” platform, he adds.
